  1. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

    Most items Usually take 3-5 business days from purchase date to receive. International orders may also take longer. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST  or during the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday.

    We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed/stolen packages, incorrect shipping addresses or delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself. The shipping address entered at the time of the purchase is the address the package will be sent to.

    Can I Return My Order?

    Item(s) can be returned within 5 business days of receiving your order. Store credit will be issued, not including shipping fees. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and labels attached. Swimwear, Lingerie & SALE items are” final sale.”

    How Long Does It Take To Receive A Store Credit?

    When we receive your return, we will process the return within 10 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit code at the email address which you provided at the time of your purchase.

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for you tracking information to update. However, to track your order at anytime, you’ll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com.
