Return & exchange policy

Exchange Guidelines

1. We accept returns on item(s) in new conditions with all original tags attached within 7 days of delivery. Item(s) used, washed, damaged or late will be sent back to the address listed on your order. At this time, we only issue store credit for returns.
2.    Swimwear, Lingerie and SALE items  are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 15% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.
3.    All items are returned at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.
4.    A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
